Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Furniture Lounge.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of when the item was received to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused/in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If an item has arrived damaged we would need picture evidence of the damage and we shall be happy to arrange a collection for you.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect the goods and notify you that we have received the goods. We will then notify you on the status of the refund after inspection from the team.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a reund to your original payment. This can take 3-5 business days depending on card issuers policies so please be patient.
If the item is perfect condition but not to the customers taste then you the customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is damaged upon arrival we shall arrange our own collection.
